Job description
- Plan, design and execute manual and automated testing strategies;
- Develop test plans in collaboration with the implementation, design and development teams;
- Perform functional, automated, regression and performance tests;
- Document anomalies, ensure their follow-up and maintain the traceability of the tests;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance practices;
- Automate repetitive tasks and promote the integration of tests early in the development cycle;
- Anticipate technical risks and recommend optimization avenues;
- Promote standards, best practices and software quality tools;
- Produce the required documentation, test reports and reports;
- Support and train internal teams on quality assurance practices, tools and processes.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline;
- Have at least seven (7) years of experience in software quality assurance within agile development teams;
- Hold at least one recognized quality assurance certification, such as ISTQB, CSQA, CSTE, or equivalent;
- Have participated in at least two (2) large-scale mandates, of a minimum of 1,500 person-days each, in a context of digital transformation;
- Have used Azure DevOps for development or QA mandates;
- Master test automation tools;
- Have participated in digital accessibility validation tests, including according to WCAG standards or government standards.
