Amazon, for example, places a red chair in all its conference rooms to remind its members to provide solutions which meet the needs of their clients. The chair, remaining empty at all times, represents the client to whom the minutes of each meeting are read to assess whether the solution being discussed contributes to the improvement of business processes.
